I possess a comprehensive skill set in valve seat repairs, impeller, and pump housing machining, as well as the detailed repair of navy vessel drive shafts and gears damaged by broken keys.

My experience encompasses the utilization of various machines, including lathes, boring machines, CNC equipment, slotting machines, spark eroders, surface grinders, and power saws. I have effectively repaired semi-automatic CNC machines and demonstrated proficiency in milling and drilling, producing tracks for syncrolift, milling hexagons, and crafting different flat surfaces on intricate shafts, bolts, and custom parts. I have also excelled in manufacturing gears, grooves, and slots on milling machines.

In leadership roles, I have taken charge of the machining workshop, overseeing apprentices and sharing my knowledge while prioritizing a commitment to safety. My versatility extends to the repair of hydraulic systems on navy vessels, such as ras doors, gun flaps, and winches.
