I started my career path at cellpay(may2002-july2003)in Kinshasa(DRC) and have since been involved with customer care service ever since. From there I went to Mycongo.net(september2003-august2004)for one year before coming to South Africa pursuing with the call center job at Berkley Center(may2006-april2008) From Berkley I went to Eximius for the Data Capturing position(june2008-Mar2009) I also spent 4 years working for Buongiorno Pty(Ltd)before movingto Lufthansa Globaltelesales where I successfully passed the training and coaching with more than 80% From Lufthansa I moved to Tourvest Diamondworks Pty(Ltd)to grow my career where I worked for 7 years. Due to the pandemic and the business essentially depending on tourism ,we have all been moved to another branch of Tourvest before I decide moving to Mindpearl.
