As a CIO, I was responsible for the management and strategic planning for Lehane Blue’s information and technology (IT) systems and operations. I play a pivotal role in ensuring that Lehane Blue’s information technology is aligned with the organizations goals and helps to facilitate business growth and innovation, including:
• Systems Management: Ensure that the organization’s technology systems are reliable secured and efficient.
• Information Management: Managing the organization’s data and ensuring that it is accurate, secure and available when required.
• Business stakeholder Collaborating with other business stakeholders to drive technology innovation and transformation (Digital)
• IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity: Managing the organization’s IT infrastructure including Cloud, on premise Data Centre’s, hardware, software and networking. Ensuring that all IT systems are secure and protected from Cybersecurity threats
• IT Budget management Oversee IT budget and ensuring that IT investments is aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Leadership: Provide leadership to the IT department and ensuring that IT staff have skills and resources they need to support the organization’s technology needs
• Develop and implement overall technology strategy: Design the company’s technology vision, strategies and the goals while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Developed an IT Governance framework to manage the identified IT initiatives identified on the master systems plan. (IT Strategy)
• Established an IT Steering Committee to oversee, provide guidance and support of the IT activities.
• Manage IT Infrastructure and IT Operations: Oversee the design implementation and management of IT Architecture, networks, hardware and software systems, that included the day-to-day Operations thereof

Ensured collaboration with Group Infrastructure and technology teams as well as Procurement teams (though unified communications using Cisco’s WebEx, Video and Audio Conferencing. (Conducting quarterly visits per Operation)
