Experienced Employee Relations Specialist with demonstrated history of working in various industries, fostering key relationships between management and employees which ultimately impact outputs and increase profit margins. I am an expert in assisting companies and individuals deal with misconduct, incapacity, grievance process, strike handling, CCMA, Statutory and Bargaining council disputes, union management, employment legislation, employment contracts, complex termination & transfer of business processes in the Labour Management context.
