Assisting on MTN when CT Production Manager on leave or unable to assist.

• Receiving creative brief for sourcing most suited suppliers to execute ideas and determined creative scenarios for costing, production and delivery.
• Sourcing the correct requirements for the job - Paper Stocks, finishing and ensuring that these meet the creative brief supplied
• Raising quotes (3 x suppliers per job), working within the necessary budgets, timelines and supplying to APCC for the relevant approval process.
• Developing timing plans for Suites / Client Service Teams based on the production timing involved / required for timely delivery.
• On receipt of Client PO, ensuring that Suites / Account Management billing is in time in order to supply the PO to selected supplier in order to issue the PO to the supplier in time to meet the delivery deadline.
• Costing on Stock Footage and ensuring that usage licenses are correct to the media, specs and usage of the job and that these are adhered to.
• Working, recommending and sourcing the right photographers / illustrators for each job according to the Photography / Illustrator brief supplied.
• Working with Production Houses on requirements on still Productions to ensure the smooth running and successful capture on both sides
• Raising contracts for signing, issuing call sheets for shoots, organising permits for children to be used in shoots. ensuring all parties have the documentation needed and PO's required ahead of time.
• Conducted thorough pre-production planning sessions, ensuring all stakeholders were aligned on project objectives and timelines.
• Ensuring all relevant admin is up to date on all jobs so that the job process runs smoothly from start to finish, including the invoices being approved and the suppliers are paid on time.
