I was involved in a project called Single Client View and below are my main
responsibilities.
• Review AS-IS Processes for four business units within Momentum Employee
Benefits, analyze the process maps in alignment with day to day functions,
point out integration points and finally determine quick-wins and possible
long term solutions or suggestions
• Have interviews with Business Units Heads and Users to, understand the
processes and workflow.
• Analyse and gather intelligence on the AS-IS processes with the aim to
provide recommendations that give the utmost clear position of how to
achieve client centricity.
• Worked on devising, documenting, formalizing and validating the AS-IS
business processes for other Business units which did not have documented
process maps.
• Worked with the Programme Manager in preparing a proposal document that
specified the solutions or assumptions that will enable MMI to have a single
client engagement view.
• Review of all onboarding, maintenance and exit forms to determine a single
client engagement form that summarizes the requirements from four
business units.
• Review of all employer portals within the four business units, to support the
development of a single employer interface portal that interacts with all four
business units.
