Investigating Officer attached to the Moroka Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit within the South African Police Service with 5 years working experience in the investigation of family violence, child protection and sexual offences and other gender-based violence related matters as well as 5 years experience in conducting and facilitating awareness campaigns on GBV issues and social crime prevention. Possess investigation, communication and analytical skills and knowledgeable in legislation pertaining to sexual offences and gender-based violence. Currently pursuing a Diploma in Policing with the University of South Africa and hold a Higher Certificate in Criminal Justice and Forensic Investigation, a certificate in Resolving of Crime as well as a certificate in Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences coupled with an Honours degree in Integrated Organisational Communication and Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.

• Secured a conviction of 10 years direct imprisonment by investigating efficiently and effectively a rape case reported at Protea Glen Police Station as per Protea Glen Cas 205/04/2021.
• Secured a conviction of 8 years imprisonment, wholly suspended for a case of attempted murder against a minor as per Lenasia Cas 112/10/2020.
• Secured a conviction of 5 years imprisonment for a case of sexual assault as per Moroka Cas 143/03/2022.
