  • Proposal developed for the OECP that secured +1 million US dollars funding over five years within 18 months of implementing the project to apply the Outdoor Education Camp Program (Life Skills) methodologies/pedagogy in the classroom to sustain the emotional and social learning patterns of the children.
  • Developed the assessment tool that monitors and evaluates learning outcomes which was adopted from the World Health Organization's Wellness Matrix for children aged 8 - 18 years and improved wellness and learning experiences in the classroom.
  • Developed new streams for revenue by establishing partnerships with Pioneer Food Education & Community Trust (PepsiCo); Rupert Foundation Stellenbosch; Robertson Fruits (Robertson), Friends of Common Ground Christian Ministry; Valcare Network Winelands Region and Department of Social Development Cape Town.
  • Trained all employees to the required competency level for their respective duties.
  • Planned, selected and facilitated nature conservation camps in partnership with Winelands and Franshoek District Municipalities with more than 2000 learners participating in the programme.
