1 Physical Stamina and Resilience:I'm highly disciplined and have the functional endurance to stay on my feet all dayI understand recovery, nutrition, and pushing past physical plateaus I never walk away without giving it my all, i push until i am satisfied, knowing today's hard work will pay off in the future

2 Routine Management and Organizing skills:

It is a priority to have things on pointI have a high level of self-regulation "Treat others the way you want to be treated" I live by that saying every dayOnce i develop a routine, i stick to it

I'm always on time with everything, and most of the time even super early

3 Observation:

I've always loved reading people and listening to them before speaking, i want to understand the subject I keep an eye out for any sign of discomfort emotionally and physically, or any type of misunderstanding

4 Technical Instructions and Communication:I always break down complex things into smaller, easy stepsWhether it's explaining or demonstrating a certain exercise or diet, my ability to communicate is on point

"Don't just train a client, i have to build a connection with them" I understand it can be overwhelming to receive a massive load of instructions on how to pursue a diet properly So i break it down into easier steps Always start somewhere, there is no need to rush something massive and complex

5 Problem-Solving Under Pressure:Things rarely go exactly as planned in a workout Like when you walk to your next exercise and someone else is busy with the equipment you want to use You have to adapt quickly, find another exercise to target the muscle you are busy with

I always find a solution!

Jogging:

I love to jog, specifically early mornings and at night.

It clears my mind and just resets the body in general.

Weight lifting:

Weight lifting has been my passion for little over 5years. I used to get bullied allot in High School, and the gym has helped me so much mentally and physically, to build up confidence and a physique i am genuinely proud of today. The gym is a place i can go to, knowing every rep and every set is a step closer to bettering myself. My biggest dream is to inspire and motivate others to become the best version of themselves, just like i did.

The gym truly is my happy place.

Spending time outdoors:

I have always loved nature, the fresh air, birds chirping. On my rest days i always do some stretching to reset my body, then i go for a walk outside, it's just absolutely peaceful. I also have a special connection with animals, people always say i am a dog whisperer. Every time i go to people's houses and they have dogs, they automatically come to me. I just love what God has created.
