• Managing allocated tasks using Manage Engine within the required time frame.
• Performing user acceptance testing, monitoring performance, change management and supporting handovers.
• Assisting with escalations received from the IT Service Desk Department and in house users.
• Performing data verification and validations to evaluate the data generated according to the requirements.
• Extracting data from existing data sources and generating department reports by using SQL and MS Excel.
• Partnering hand in hand with the Finance Department to assist that reports are balanced for financial period cut off (Using SAP, SQL and in-house Applications)

• Assisting with escalated issues by validating and performing further checks.
• Reviewing of all out of SLA calls within the Service Desk and providing an action plan to resolve these calls.
• Coordination and distribution of tasks to the Service Desk Regional Support to action.
• Mentoring of each Region Controller as to which area they would like to move in the IT Dept. and general mentoring,
• On the job training of staff whenever it is needed.
