Responsibilities:

• Register class lectures for all second-year Johannesburg BCom students, ensuring smooth scheduling and organization of academic sessions.
• Facilitate market research classes and tutorials on prototyping and design thinking, guiding students through practical applications and fostering innovation.
• Provide personalized aid to students in presentation consultations, offering constructive feedback and support to enhance their communication skills.
• Serve as a panel member for student presentations, evaluating performance and providing valuable insights to further student development.
• Undertake classroom administrative functions, including attendance tracking, grading, and managing course materials to ensure efficient operations.
• Contribute to curriculum creation, integrating design thinking, Keller and Aaker frameworks, and CRM systems to enhance learning outcomes and relevance.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lectures both in-person and online, leveraging proficiency in MS Teams and Turnitin to facilitate seamless virtual learning experiences.

• Maintained detailed records of student progress, using Teams to inform future instruction and target areas for improvement.
