  • Group leader of SACCO Computerization project- in line with Botswana Cooperatives wanting to move from previous years manual way of accounting, the SACCO initiated a computerization project to ensure they become more technologically advanced and offer better modernized services to their clients. With my vast knowledge and experience working with SAGE Pastel I was head hunted for the role and have been working efficiently with the team since
  • Team Lead in website creation and content upload for the Society
  • Host and presenter of Ditswammung SACCOS business and products offerings for ICA Africa team during site visit to Society's in Botswana in 2024.
  • Seamlessly led the CSI initiative to donate to an upcoming Society in the Kgalagadi with Solar panel installation
  • Business development duties within my role through seeking favorable investment opportunities with banks and fund administrators; member education drives during DTCB and DBGSS employee inductions (lead to 70% growth of membership within 5 years); continued product research and new product offerings to cater to our members current need and compete with market related products
