That same curiosity became the catalyst for a successful career centred around understanding consumer needs and delivering on them through powerful brand storytelling. Since joining advertising in 2018 Neema has won Loerie awards in consecutive years, walking away with the prestigious Grand Prix Award in the year 2023. She has also consistently won countless awards both locally (Pendorings and Creative Circle) and internationally (D&AD and The One Show), including being the first black African woman to win The Next Creative Leader award founded by The One Club of Creativity based in New York. As an industry thought leader, Neema serves as an esteemed judge on various local and international panels, inspiring her passion for transformative brand storytelling.
