DAILY

• Data capture daily site dairy electronically based on reports received from technicians
• Check DSD and hand them to project manager and operations managers.
• Analyze downtime booked

• Downtime at planners office compare to the Mine reports

Weekly

• Send analyzed downtime report, interaction and deviation list to relevant engineers and Mine managers.
• Check that stock levels are correct at stores
• Order production supplies required via internal purchase order
• Present PDS failures to chief foreman's and engineers, and action plan for work scheduled.
• Weekly underground inspection and record all deviation found.
• Schedule Site Acceptance Test and maintenance carried out according to the Mine schedule
• Attend engineering meeting weekly and take notes of all issues raised and action them.

Monthly

• Get all invoices signed by the Mine including SLA one.
• Quotes all overtime worked and get them amended according to hours
• Update all site finance
• Update field service engineers about machine went out for refurbishment and those that need new PDS installation.
• Attended monthly meeting for update how is the company doing and points of improvements

• Service and maintenance of Strata hazard avert proximity detection system
• Keep a record of spares used to ensure availability of spare in stock
• Ensure that the system is ni order by doing pre-inspection of the system before production shift commences
• Write daily job card on all jobs attended to
