Delivery and Inventory Management

My current role and expertise is managing the entire Disaster Recovery Exercise operation, through IT Hardware, Software, Communications, and Application solutions, with the required resources, to plan for, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services with a broad understanding of infrastructure technologies and products to meet the needs of a project in business during a disruption, I am also responsible for ITSCM, maintenance and development of the IT operating systems, software and liaising with relevant vendors for services, including managing the organization’s data center security to ensure the protection of systems, networks, devices and sensitive data against security threats, computer viruses, and other related cyber-security attacks. Ensuring business continuity, data disaster management, and recovery through resiliency services. My role is to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the IT systems are 100% functional to facilitate business to function effectively and ensure that all daily processes are executed properly and be proactive in ensuring systems are secure and up to date, including preparation for new or changed services, management of the change process, and incident management. Maintenance of regulatory, legal, and professional standards, management of the performance of systems and services in terms of their contribution to business performance, and management of brought-in services.
