  • Set up sharePoint folders as per required standard. This is where all project documents are saved and provide ease of retrieval of information.
  • Liaise with Administrators regarding booking of venues and ensure that the venue booked is conducive for learning to take place. Such venue must be: easy to commute to, spacious enough for the group, adequate ventilation, ablution facilities in line with Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Ensure that all your facilitators have the training material and that they are aware of where they are training and schedule as per the roll out plan.
  • Ensure that all your facilitators are well oriented and well groomed to represent Summit.
  • Where possible – meet the client on the first day of Induction and again on the first day of training.
  • Conduct quality assurance visits to sessions (face to face or virtual).
  • Quality Check the learner POEs, Facilitation, Venue and general environment and resolve any hinderance to learning.
  • Quality check on facilitators to ensure adherence to the material and the roll out plan.
  • Review all facilitator reports from your direct facilitators, then save on SharePoint designated folder.

  • Complete the Learner Tracking Report and track progress of the learner.
  • Send all required reports as follows: · Facilitator Course Feedback – Sent immediately after each training takes place.
