My name is Bonang Moloi and I am a highly skilled and competent Voice/Network engineer with about 8 years experience in the Telecommunication Industry. I have experience in Technical Support, Customer Service , Team Building , Troubleshooting , Networking and Voice (VoIP). I have strong leadership skills with a track record of good performance and I graduated from Ifundi and CTU Training Solutions. I have also been upskilling myself by obtaining my CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate Certification last month and not only that but I have also managed to get my YCCA - Yeastar Certified Cloud Associate Certification (PBX) along with my Fortinet Certified Associate Cybersecurity Certification including my ISC2 Cybersecurity Course Completion Badge. I am currently still busy studying for my SIP School Certified Associate- SSCA exam as I am passionate about VoIP/Networking and I want to grow and showcase my skills within your organization/company .
I am a hard working individual who loves taking on new challenges as they come and I am willing to also learn new skills as in our IT field we learn everyday as we fix clients technical issues. I am a good person to work with. I see myself as an outgoing individual who is full of life and it makes me happy to resolve technical issues and seeing clients happy because when a task has been assigned to me I always make it my responsibility to get the JOB done and seeing/getting a positive outcome is my priority.
