• Ensured that procedures for the movement of assets from one user to another, for maintenance, or disposals outside the municipality were in place and enforced
• Ensured that assets were utilised for the purpose for which they were acquired by the municipality
• Performed vehicle expense reconciliations, fuel splits, and fuel spend analysis

• Ensured an efficient fleet administrative service which included registration, licensing, tracking and monitoring, vehicle repairs and maintenance, and disposals
