- As Executive Director I manage an expert team of 40 Professional Engineers and Programmers, qualified Technicians, Marketers and Financial Professionals, who have been extensively involved in the ICT, manufacturing, Medical and utilities industries.
- I have overseen Bonema grow and become a player in the fleet management, Telematics, Engineering, Medical and information technology industries.
- My responsibilities were 360, from conceptualisation, financial modelling, stakeholder engagement, Implementation and most importantly growth.
- Bonema has achieved an integrated management system; ISO9001,14001&45001 and has all accreditations in all its sectors.
- We have contracts with Private and schedule-2 Govt sectors, both locally and internationally.
- Bonema Holdings is involved in the ICT, manufacturing, Medical and utilities industries. We have offices in Botswana and South Africa.
- I recently got the company a R115 million contract to manufacture wire mesh products for multinational Frigoglass Greece to supply the African continent with refrigeration wire mesh shelves for CCBA and AB InBev, and become a tier 1 partner to tech American giant multinational Equinix and Swedish mining multinational Hexagon.
- We are also the strategic partners with Sci-Bono Discovery Centre NPC, Southern Africa’s largest science centre and Nelson Mandela University.
- I have won Eskom business awards twice, in the Goods and services and Construction and Engineering categories.

- I have registered two (2) patents in the automotive space (telematics).
