The most extensive role occupied in talent acquisition was the first, and I went on to receive a day of training before starting with the recruitment and administration for the yes youth program with over 8000 applications and 300 roles open in the organization. This shows my fast learning and positive attitude as well as my dedication and amazing work ethic that allowed me to adapt to a fast-paced banking environment and start producing optimal results. The badges from co-workers and managers are a testament to my strong people skills and effectiveness. I thrive when presented with an opportunity to apply myself while producing excellent results under pressure.
