Roles & Responsibilities
HR Administration
• Assist in the implementation of Organisational Development (OD).
• Assist with pension fund roadshows.

Performance Management
• Effectively coordinating & managing the balanced scorecard (BSc) to drive performance.

• Ensuring compliance to performance appraisal (performance contracting, Mid-year reviews and final reviews) for employees and the organization at large to evaluate whether performance-based bonuses can be triggered.
• Socialization of key performance indicators (KPI) for employees and the organization at large.
Human Resources Information Systems
• Full knowledge of Oracle HRIS (Employee self-service) Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook)

• Assist employees perform various functions and requests such as absence management (Leave requests), change of address, change of banking details, access payslip and access IRP5 on Oracle system.

Training & Development.
• Co-ordinate Home Office and Field Training.
• The role of the Skills Development Facilitator for WSP & ATR purposes (TETA).
• Perform secretarial role in the Training Department and assist the HRD Manager.
• Assist in co-ordination of product trainer training.
• Processing Training requests.
• Capturing and filling out the Goods Received Note (GRN) to ensure that we pay training institutions.
• Assist in setting up management development programs for managers and potential managers/supervisors.

Labour Relations Management
