• Manage quotations, payments, finances, administration and customer service.

• Develop travel promotions and marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.

• Manage client enquiries, follow-ups and after-sales support to ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and value for clients.

• Stay up to date with destinations, resorts, travel trends and industry developments.

• Represent and promote the Sunnyside Holidays brand through networking, industry events and tourism partnerships.

• Oversee the growth, marketing, financial management and overall strategic direction of the business.
