  • Utilities Supervisor - PTO

Goal: As Utilities Supervisor, my goal was to make sure all projects that passed city inspection were submitted for final approval with the client's utility companies

Result: In my one month probationary appointment as Utilities Supervisor in February 2022, I oversaw the clearing of backlogged projects pending PTO, immediately improving approved applications by more than double in my first month (39 to 83 approvals). This number increased to over 100 in each of the following two months, resulting in a cleared backlog coupled with creating the ability to submit projects for approval to operate in real time.
