I’m Bibi, a concept-driven Creative Director with a love for storytelling, mentorship, and ideas that make you go “how fascinating!”
My creative journey started at AAA School of Advertising, but my relationship with words began even earlier, with a Diploma in Journalism. I thought journalism would be my path... until I realised I didn’t want to just report facts. I wanted to play. To embellish. To bring myself into the story. That’s when I found advertising, and I never looked back.
In 2013, I landed my first gig in the industry at Joe Public, and since then, I’ve worked my way through the world of ATL, BTL, and TTL with curiosity and grit. Today, I’m a Creative Director at Brave Group, where I’ve been proudly leading for over two years. I'm also part of the EXCO team, bringing in not just big ideas, but big heart, I’m all about mentorship, building team culture, and creating space for others to grow.

I spend a lot of time studying great ads, the kind that remind you that ideas are literally everywhere. But the magic? It’s in knowing which ones to catch. Which ones to trust. That’s the craft, and I never stop learning.

I don’t take myself too seriously (life’s too short). I lean into the uncomfortable. I ask weird questions. I play. Because that’s where the best ideas live.
