Project Manage from planning, installation, maintenance and monitoring & controlling of both National projects (Africa and South Africa) – Using the PRINCE 2 Methodology
• Ensure effective reporting and corrective action amongst project team members as well as Project Sponsors.

• Managing all project quality requirements
• Manage and continuously improve the related SOP’s
• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Providing status reports to the project sponsor, stakeholders and steering committee.
• Managing and leading the project team.
• Managing coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
• Managing project deliverable in line with the project plan.
• Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
• Monitoring project progress and performance
• Providing status reports to the Project Sponsor.
• Managing project training within the defined budget.
• Liaison with, and updates on progress to, Project Steering Board/Senior Management
• Managing consultancy input within the defined budget.
• Working closely with Customer to ensure the project meets business needs.
• Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing programme.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, and within scope.
Manage relationships with all stakeholders.
Perform Risk Management to minimize project risks and communicate these effectively.

• First line Technical Support on all Video and Audio Conferencing Issues.
  ❖ The VC Helpdesk Supports Standard Bank Users in the entire 9 Provinces and in Africa and Europe ,I look after the team that supports and offer technical expertise.
  ❖ Cor ordinate International tests with external Sites Via Public IP / ISDN
  ❖ Set up and Test monitor executive VC for the CEO of STD Bank.
  ❖ Report and Drive to resolution all Network related issues affecting Video Conferencing.
  ❖ Respond to all the technical issues reported in the Boardrooms.
  ❖ Troubleshoot Poor VC issues reported and ensure that QOS is set up for the NEW VC rooms and IP addresses.
  ❖ Liaise with the Account managers for any upgrades that need to be considered.
  ❖ Checking that all the Boardrooms are tested and rebooted every morning.
  ❖ Logging of calls for all faulty Hardware kit with the DD Call desk.
  ❖ Training and Guiding users on how to use the Equipment
  ❖ Ensuring the All users adhere to the booking process.
  ❖ Ensuring that all the units are updated to the latest software Version.
  ❖ Ensure that the Team has scheduled all the VCs that have been requested via the booking process.
  ❖ Day to day of running and managing a Team of 4 individuals who support the Concierge services to the Bank.
  ❖ Responding and attending to escalations..

❖ Prepare and go through installation sheet and schematics for installation.
❖ Install all Video Conferencing Equipment as per design
❖ Intall Various Audio Visual Equipment
Customer Care Engineer
❖ Get an assigned call and drive to the client’s premises to sort out a VC related issue.
❖ Troubleshoot and diagnose and fix Video Conferencing issues on Client site.
❖ Conduct a preventative Maintenance on Clients Video Conference Equipment.
❖ Compile a monthly report to be submitted to the client of the status for the equipment.
❖ Telephonic support to clients and be on Standby for bigger events.

Re-imaging machines to new and brand new images using Symantec Ghost& Acronis imaging.
❖ Maintaining of windows update server for latest hot fixes and patches.
❖ Help Desk support, Communicating and implementation of IT policies to users.
❖ Updating of website using SharePoint, Sending IT tips and tricks.
❖ Set up Video-Conferencing Technology, and Tele conferencing technology.
