Onboard the Far Eastern Limb Hub Manager to include but not limited to est practice of
people management of the Platinum hub staff, key client and stakeholder relationships at
the Far Eastern Limb mine and onboarding of SD BA for both hubs once appointed
In partnership with Far Eastern Limb Hub & Polokwane Smelter team, implement best
practices from Mogalakwena hub to drive ESD and YD targets and impact

Inclusive procurement and supply chain, governance structures (working committee and
Steerco)
In partnership with FEL Hub and Polokwane Smelter team implement best practice
