Benjamin Abrahams

I am responsible for the sale and delivery of diesel-powered generators to South Africa, keeping in contact with already existing clients for repeat business, and competing in government tenders for potential contract work across South Africa. The most prominent achievements in my career so far are the supply and installation of machines to Lancet Laboratory sites in the North West and Limpopo regions, South African Police Service offices in the North West and Limpopo, agricultural businesses in the Kwazulu Natal area, and small businesses across Johannesburg. My work has also crossed borders. I have overseen and managed a delivery and installation job in the Gabarone area of Botswana.

After matriculating in 2019, I was given the opportunity in 2020 to take part in an extensive internship programme that took place in Israel, mostly in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. From January to March I volunteered at a primary school where I assisted teaching english to students aged ten to twelve, three times at a week, and the remainder of those days were spent volunteering on farms and assisting in outreach programmes, packing medical equipment for ambulance services and providing food for the poor. During the COVID - 19 pandemic the outreach work carried on until I July where I found work at a restaurant. I worked there until August. Due to the severity of the pandemic between August and October, I was limited to farm volunteering and outreach work.

From November 2020 until January 2021 I was unemployed upon returning home. In Februrary 2021 I started working where I am now as a mechanical assistant and in 2022 I started as an electrical assistant. In January 2023 until now I work as a junior sales representative at the same businness
