  • Supported commercial banks with CTS related reconciliations resulting in millions of kwacha savings from cheques which would have been rejected by other banks post system implementation.
  • Made system code changes to customise systems based on client needs.
  • Assessed processes, procedures and work practices for strengths and weaknesses and automated procedures to minimise human errors.
