I Have been at the forefront of Human transformation since 1994, when I started to transform unemployed truck drivers into winning workforces for major companies which led to staff takeovers and the employment of 700 people on long time contracts.

During 2019 -2021 I taught business development skills and mindset strategies to entrepreneurs in Africa.

I presented Self Mastery weekly workshops to women in refugee camps that have been through trauma and needed to rebuild their life.

All my work was online during COVID and I exit the programs at the end of November 2021.

I was hired to implement a new HR office with new strategies and align the business strategies with staff talent. I have redone the full HR Function, Staff Development programs, and align all departments with new business strategies.
