• Ensuring that all documents are recorded and stored in a shared folder
• Assisting chairpersons to draft reports
• Supporting Chairpersons with campaigns and engagements
• Ensuring any grievances brought forward by employees are stored and saved in a secure shared folder
• Engaging with employees through connection or engagement sessions (to make the forum visible and approachable)
• Setting up required meetings requested by Chair/Deputy
• Circulate meeting agenda to forum members
• Recording meeting minutes and distributing them to forum members
