Throughout my time working for these companies I've gained a lot of knowledge and experience dealing with a variety of different makes of carts and most importantly customer relationships since l've occupied positions such as parts sales and field technician.
Providing customers with quotations/estimates via
email for their required parts.
Ensuring that customers emails are replied before
an hour
Ensuring that the part quoted to customer is
checked and
isin perfect working order.
Assigning Purchase Order numbers to customers who
have an account with the company.
Arranging for collection/delivery to customer via time fright or available company drivers.
Keeping all paper work in order (Tax Invoices, Credit Notes, Picking Slips and Requisitions) for further need by auditors or management.
Handing over of pattie cash and banking slips to
accounts department from customers who pay cash/ by card over the counter.
Supplying the workshop and site technicians with parts they need via job card.
Checking that parts returned by customers, site
techniciansand workshop are new and not used and
that they are correctly returned to stock and binned
accordingly.
