My rugby career started at a very young age, if i remember correctly i was 4 when i played my first game. Since then my love for the sport has only increased and my determination and commitment to the sport has rewarded me accordingly, with multiple awards, provincial team trials, and the selection to represent my school internationally. Rugby has taught me the importance of team work, determination, perseverance, honesty, and loyalty to those around me just to name a few. Video games have always been a way for me to relax after a long day, but I've only realized the benefits of them at this stage in my life. They helped improve my cognitive thinking, by improving my problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and critical thinking skills. My favourite video games have to include games like Fifa, Watchdogs, and call of duty. Exercising has always been a way to keep my body and mind fresh, it has been my escape from th stresses of my everyday life and after every exercise i come back feeling very delighted and relived, it has helped me especially in my rugby fitness as well as my academic life to always keep me rejuvenated to work hard even after a tiring day.
