Dedicated data capturer with strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail, seeking to leverage organizational and analytical skills in data capturing. Proficient in utilizing database management systems and ensuring data integrity and reliability. Committed to contributing to the departments success by maintaining high data quality standards.
At Eastern Cape Department of Education, I was a Data Capture and administrative assistant. I worked under the directorate, Infrastructure and Property Management. I worked with the Property Managers of the directorate, and I administered all data and administration related to the field.
I was the only Data Capturer in the office and my main focus program and duty was to administrate the program of PSOPP (Public Schools on Private Property). This program had a total number of 81 schools. The schools are public government schools that are built on private land. Thus, prompting the department the obligation of paying monthly rental through lease agreements with the various landlords. (1) I processed Invoices that were submitted. The invoices are from the landlords and are then submitted by the district coordinators to the HOD. (2) I Verified and checked the compliance of invoices and lease agreements. (3) I identified the missing data on the leases and invoices. I would then communicate with the district coordinators for the missing information so to update the spreadsheets with accurate and reliable data.
My Duties:
Wits Health Consortium is medical research clinic and is funded and operated by sponsors and foreign entities like USAID and Bill Gates foundation. I captured data for a TB research study, rolling out vaccination for TB, that was being conducted.
Participants would be picked up from their homes, transported to the clinic and after their visit they would be transported back, so I also did driver duties. Staff would also be out doing fieldwork by visiting clinics promoting and pushing awareness programs for potential recruits to join the studies conducted. We reached the target of 1000+ enrolled participants.
The screen failure participants don't count in the 1000 enrolled.
