Athan de Jager

My name is Athan de Jager I'm 20 years old, completing Matric in December 2024. I am an IRATA Level 1 Rope Access technician and an OPITO Rigger. I'm an extremely disciplined and hard-working individual. I have honed many skills through diverse roles, always demonstrating a positive attitude and a hunger to learn, I've achieved success in tasks requiring trustworthiness and discipline working both as an individual and within a team. I get on very well with everyone I work/have worked for/with and try my utmost to maintain a positive relationship with everyone that I come into contact with. I have many been working as a rope access tech for my current employer since 2025, gaining valuable experience working on various projects throughout Cape Town and the Western Cape including locations such as the Cape Town DHL Stadium. I also have over 5 months of experience working in the Vineyard Deli shop, both as a waiter in the restaurant and working as a shop assistant in the bakery section of the shop.
