I am seeking an in-service training placement in Civil and Building Engineering that meets the academic requirements for my National Diploma. I aim to gain hands-on experience in construction activities, quantity surveying, plan interpretation, and structural design oversight. Ideal programs should offer structured, real-world exposure under the guidance of qualified professionals, include documentation of performance (logbook), and preferably provide a stipend or allowance. Through such placement, I hope to integrate theoretical learning with practical application and develop the competencies essential to a successful engineering career.
