Studied Architectural Technology at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) and have 28 years of technical and interpersonal experience in the field of Architectural planning, technical documentation, design, co-ordination, Local Authority application processes, on-site supervision, and inspections. Residential projects experience accrued at both Redrow Homes (UK) where I was promoted to Senior within 12 months, then Countryside Properties (UK). Although, my current role over the past 4 years have been in Commercial and Healthcare projects, Residential Architecture is my first passion, instilled during my internship at SAOTA. Most recent Residential project has been the upgrading of the ABSA building on the Foreshore, where we converted several previously commercial floors into 170 high-rise apartments.
