"Books let me travel without moving my feet", offering a safe place to recharge when reality feels overwhelming.  I view books as a loyal companion that are always there when i need them  and find  empathy and comfort in books. Unlike watching television, reading requires me to build the images, settings, and character voices in my own mind, making the experience deeply personal. Reading also expands my vocabulary, challenges my worldview, and helps me learn about human nature.

Spiritual or worship dancing is a form of expression where movement serves as a bridge between the physical body and the soul. It is a way to pray, release hidden emotions, and celebrate faith. The  experience is deeply personal, when  words fail, my  body takes over. It as an intimate, physical conversation where every sway, leap, or stretch is a way to express reverence, gratitude, or surrendering of heavy emotions it helps me feel aligned with a higher power or universal rhythm. It often evokes a sense of freedom. Spiritual dancing allows me to "sweat out" negative energies, stress, and anxiety. I describe it as an active mindfulness practice that helps shed emotional blockages and restore inner peace. For me, it is a way to honor beliefs. It is an offering of joy and obedience that points the focus entirely towards my faith. 

Socializing to me is a   love for learning. Everyone has a unique story or perspective, and talking to them is like reading a new book. I  view every interaction as a chance to build a supportive, fun network of friends and acquaintances.
