While working for Expleo I was tasked with providing the client with a full set of high quality test documents. After detailed discussions with the client, I produced a test document repository which was then submitted to Microsoft for approval as the client was a Microsoft partner. Approval was acknowledged, and the client was happy.
This cemented the path for the client to continue to do business with us leading to them trusting us to provide further test services and we ramped up the team by 3 consultants securing the business.
Also with Expleo but with a different client, I managed the below achievements.
Successful implementation of agile methods and use of Microsoft teams as Kanban board. Assessment and correction of test documents in use. Process improvements in terms of testing delivery. Change the process within the client on where testing fits into the delivery of a project i.e. implementing the Shift Left concept and showing the benefits of testing being involved at an early stage in the SDLC.
