Channel Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key channel partners to ensure satisfaction and mutual success.
- Onboard new stores into channels, providing ongoing support and ensuring smooth integration into the sales process.
- Nurture and manage relationships with existing stores, addressing concerns, ensuring their needs are met, and providing proactive solutions to challenges.
- Work closely with dealers and partners to resolve issues and improve business performance, ensuring partners remain satisfied and engaged.
Sales Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, execute, and manage monthly sales campaigns across all channel partners to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with OEMs to create and implement consumer and sales clerk campaigns, negotiating support through monetary contributions or product giveaways, effectively reducing campaign costs.
- Manage the distribution of point-of-sale materials, digital content, and promotional swag, ensuring that marketing materials are produced and distributed on time and in accordance with campaign timelines.
- Review campaign results and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance and meet KPIs.
Marketing & Budget Management
- Manage the channel marketing budget, overseeing marketing initiatives and ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Work with the marketing agency to ensure that all marketing content and materials ( social media content, in-store digital content, swag, point-of-sale, etc.) are refreshed regularly and meet the expectations of the South African market.
- Planning and executing ATL and BTL Marketing initiatives (Billboard Ad, Radio, in-store digital, in-store print materials etc).
- Develop and execute campaigns tailored to local market needs, ensuring that all marketing materials are briefed and aligned with overall sales and branding objectives.
Training: Sales & Fraud Prevention
- Arrange and facilitate comprehensive sales training sessions for both new and existing stores, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Coordinating fraud prevention training programs for stores to help identify and prevent fraudulent activities, ensuring that stores adhere to compliance standards.
Store Health & Compliance Management
- Work closely with the fraud department to review store health status, investigate potential red flags, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain compliance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the internal team (sales, training, fraud) and channel partners to ensure that all stores maintain a healthy compliance status.
Event Coordination & Networking
- Attend and support roadshows, business conferences, and other industry events, fostering relationships with potential and existing partners.
- Represent the company at key events, ensuring that all marketing materials and resources are aligned with the objectives of the event.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners at events to enhance the company’s presence and expand it’s network.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, product management, and fraud to execute campaigns, coordinate store initiatives, and support ongoing sales activities. Ensure alignment between all departments to deliver optimal partner experiences
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and channel sales efforts, providing reports and insights to senior management, partners and OEMs.
