• I worked as an installer and repairer of Telkom P.A.B.X equipment, single lines, multi lines, switching equipment, and radio equipment like DECT and MGW Business and Corporate Clients.
• I opened and managed the first PABX stores for our section (1998 - 2002). During this time, I also developed a screening and test center for PABX development and repair.
• From 1999 - 2000 I was part of the Y2K upgrade project on Telkom PABX's in the North West area where we upgraded and tested PABX's for Y2K compatibility.
• 2002 - 2006 I worked with the Telkom Investigations Unit in the combatting of Cable Theft and Fraud investigations, in partnership with the North West Province and Gauteng SAPS.
• From 2005 - 2006, I was acting Line Manager with 11 engineers in my team. One of our major clients we served was Anglo Platinum Mines.
