• Role: Project Leader
• Project Description: Develop a profit-maximizing model by optimizing the allocation of 100 real estate agents, across four property types, based on a decade of UK housing data.
• Skills Used: Demand Forecasting (Naïve, 3PMA, WMA, Exponential Smoothing, Linear Trend), Error Metric Evaluation (MAE, RMSE, MAPE), Profitability Modelling (Excel Solver), Market Trend Analysis (Kaggle Dataset) and Stakeholder Presentation.
• Result: Selected as 1 of 7 finalist teams to present in front of a panel of industry judges, achieving an 85% project grade and a B final grade in a competitive cohort of 93 students.

• Role: Lead Developer
• Project Description: Developed a sophisticated administrative management interface system, specifically designed for under-resourced schools to identify at-risk students, analyze teacher performance, conduct salary updates, and award scholarships to high-performing disadvantaged students, aiming to bridge the gap in South Africa's unequal education system.
• Skills Used: Relational Database Design (Microsoft Access SQL), Object-Oriented Programming (Java JDK 8), GUI Development (NetBeans IDE), Quality Assurance (Alpha/Beta Testing), and Socio-Economic Data Analysis (Transportation, family status).
