Currently managing Brambles IoT and RFID Service Center and Customer environment globally – this included implementation of new sites, support and maintenance.

I have in dept knowledge of CHEP Global IT and structure,including excellent work relationships with many teams.

• In this role I serve as liaison between various IT Teams (internal and outsourced) including Business Teams to co-ordinate project and operational activities (network gear refresh on RFID sites, deployment of instrumentation readers at service centers and customer sites, etc).
• Oversees the execution and delivery of Lifecycle management of IoT and RFID gear.
• Indirectly manage our outsourced teams and ensure outsourced teams provide best level of support for our infrastructure.
• I have an excellent relationships with our external vendors to ensure a smooth procurement process globally though our preferred suppliers.
• Manages production support and incidents in SNOW.
• Accountable for solution design of new implementations including working alongside EA for implementing fixed RFID readers and AWS IoT core (MQTT)
• Responsible for all aspects of a large-scale global enterprise IoT & RFID plant compute performance, reliability, and security.

MDM - SOTI MobiControl / Google Zero Touch

• Google zero touch client portal ownership and management Brambles enterprize android devices.
• Managed and supported more than 550+ Mobile Computer devices at
  customer and CHEP locations and more than 100+ RFID devices.
• These units are located in all regions globally(America, EU, IMETA and APAC, in more than 30 countries.

Network

• Managed and supported the ZARFID network at 8+ clients sites.
• Maintained a positive relationship with the network service provider.
• Improved network stability and uptime by upgrading sites from old ADSL technology to ME / Fibre installation.

Servers

• Manage and support the ZARFID domain.
• Maintained and supported 10+ edge site servers running windows 7/10 and MS SQL database.
• Maintained and supported 7 VM servers running server OS, MS SQL database.

MDM - SOTI MobiControl / Google Zero Touch

• Managed and maintained on prem MobiControl server including MS SQL database.
• Migration of on prem server to cloud. Device migration in live environment.
• Managed and supported more than 100+ devices at customer and CHEP locations.
• Google zero touch client portal setup for management of enterprize android devices.

Design, Implement and supported RFID solutions at customer and CHEP locations.

Managed a small team that supported and oversee that all solutions had a maximum uptime.
