  • Ensure paperwork is in order, Keep files ready for audits, Check if marking on material delivered agree with the description on the delivery note , goods in acceptable condition, When material are received at the warehouse from external suppliers: material are checked for obvious defects of a non - technical nature & material check against the relevant order, A goods received note (GRN/GRV) is completed with receiving of stock items, Load as per requisition - Forklift driver or Admin Clerk, Capture all there relevant information (date / requisition number / vehicle registration/ driver's name ) when issuing raw material / Boxes, Do stock taking every week / Month / Year end, Ensure the logistic trucks are complying with term of national road traffic act of transport of dangerous goods (hazard 9), Shop duties / Shop sales / Internal sales: To organize and print necessary paperwork (delivery notes) and appropriate invoicing of goods that need to be dispatched, To file delivery notes and invoices from factory shop sale and collections as required, To coordinate all collections from factory to factory - from orders / the shop sales, Help the customer and take him to where the collection can be collected
