  • ON M/Y F70 – PRIVATE 2019 PRINCESS F70(70FT), As the Stew & Chef on board a brand new 70ft Princess yacht, I was responsible for the upkeep and service of a pristine interior and to provide food and beverage for all the Owner's guests and clients
  • The Princess yacht was presented as the premier model so therefore many canapes and drinks were prepared for client viewings at Boat Shows such as Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and Genoa
  • During the Owner's and client's trips, I would service the staterooms twice per day and cater to their dietary requirements
  • My role was to also assist as deckhand/1st Mate in the handling and maneuvering of the vessel as we anchored out or came into port.

  • LAGOON 620(62FT) CATAMARAN, Indigo was operated as a private yacht only for a family of 4 and their friends in the Mediterranean
  • They lived on board for the majority of the season
  • I was in charge of preparing all meals on board, serving them various dishes as well as traditional and local cuisine from the Balearic's, Italy and Croatia
  • The yacht's interior detailing and housekeeping was done by myself along with daily deckhand duties in assisting my Captain
  • I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the new cuisines and cooking styles, exploring new towns while provisioning at the outdoor markets.

  • My partner/Captain and I completed 21 week charters in our first season on The Annex
  • This was a superb step up in the industry having moved onto a larger vessel and I enjoyed the various challenges
  • I was responsible for provisioning and preparing the meals for 10 guests and 3 crew daily
  • I would ensure that the quality of food was fresh, delicious and according to the personalized preference sheets
  • The yacht was kept in immaculate condition and decor up to date
  • All admin and guest liaisons were adhered to by myself
  • I serviced all cabins and heads daily including communal areas
  • The Annex has been a wonderful charter vessel and has taught me how to provide a high standard of quality for larger groups of guests.

  • This luxury yacht was used for charter as well as for private meetings and entertainment.
