Reference taking for all applicants interviewed (at least 3 of the most recent), ensuring compliance with employment equity legislation this entailed contacting previous employers human resource centres ensuring all information given regarding the employment of candidates is true and documented correctly
Maintaining applicant records on all databases
Liaising with clients with regards to suitable applicants, setting up of interviews, arranging parking, arranging assessments etc
