• Introduced a budgetary management system that saw perennial budget overruns achieve savings for 4 consecutive years.

• Designed and led the implementation of a new financial system (SunSystems), which included General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Budget Management, Grant and Project Accounting, and Financial Reporting for all field and HQ offices within the Group.

• Led continuous working capital and cost reduction improvement initiatives by establishing a centralized procurement team of 11 professionals at Head Quarters and 6 country offices which led to generated savings of USD 2.36 million; implemented supplier consignment and IT time programs.
Information Technology
• Integrated the formation technology function and merged all financial and cost accounting. order processing, inventory control, purchasing administration, production planning, human resource and budgeting applications through the introduction of Sunsystems.
• Designed and integrated a computerized logistics and supply chain system through Salesforce.
• Introduced a talent optimization system called Predictive Index to align the business strategy with people strategy.
