Summary

Since 2019, I have had the privilege of serving as the Head of Department for the Autism Phase, where I have been dedicated to creating an inclusive and structured learning environment that caters to the unique needs of our learners. This leadership role has given me insight into the complexities of special education, and I am eager to further develop my leadership skills in preparation for future opportunities, including applying for the position of Deputy Principal.
