  • Fleet Management: Overseeing servicing, insurance, signage, driver policies, and vehicle accountability across Nu-Line’s fleet.
  • IT and Systems Coordination: Assisting with internal IT troubleshooting and email management, as well as supporting the development and structure of internal tracking systems via Monday.com.
  • Project System & Reporting: Leading procurement lifecycle documentation and project tracking across multiple Monday.com boards (Overview, Import, Order Book, Vehicle Fleet, etc.), and driving consistent updates despite interdepartmental challenges.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Certification: Generating and uploading project-specific documentation such as glass certificates, rope certifications, and safety block records to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Facilities & General Operations: Managing infrastructure needs like power, internet, telephony, cameras, and facility issue resolutions, while also handling scrap collection and training colleagues on internal systems.
