As Owner & Managing Director, responsibilities included:

• Managed day-to-day business operations, financial forecasting, and contract negotiations.
• Directed project delivery, resource allocation, and team leadership across multiple sites.

· Fostered long-term client relationships leading to repeat business and referrals

• Joined Tristar Construction Group as Senior Quantity Surveyor where primary functions on projects were estimating and contract quantity surveying on commercial, industrial and educational projects up to value of R70M.
• In 2005 was promoted to Group Estimating and Procurement Manager where primary responsibilities were to manage groups tender and procurement department, with staff compliment of junior estimator and two buyers reporting to myself.
• In 2007 was promoted to Commercial Manager of Tristar Abakhi Abathathu which was Painting and Renovations division of Tristar Construction Group with turn-over of approximately R40M per annum.
• Board of Directors of Tristar Construction Group mandated Managing Director, Contracts Director and myself as Commercial Manager to grow Tristar Abakhi Abathathu to be R100M turnover business, which was achieved within one year.

• Joined Albron Construction as Quantity Surveyor where primary functions on projects were estimating, quantity surveying and procurement.
• Employment at Albron Construction was terminated due to company been liquidated.
