Rotational offshore Hydraulic technician on board the Yativo mining ship. Responsibilities are as follows: Maintaining the operations and up keep of all the vessel’s hydraulic systems. Manufacturing of all 400 bar hoses and replacement of pumps and repairs to Subsea Dredging Crawler.
Director of AMC Machinery Repairs. I undertake all repairs for butchery, bakery and slaughterhouse equipment. I manufacture all necessary components that cannot be bought and refurbish all related equipment. I also undertake all maintenance work for farming equipment for clients. I just finished refurbishing an International B414 Tractor for resale.

Position Senior Subsea
Rotational senior subsea for the KANTA 5. Responsibly included the up keep of the blow out preventer, drilling systems and all related equipment.
Including the marine riser system Shaffer tensioner’s run-on high-pressure air of 2 000 psi and Erifon and MR6 riser joints with cross overs. All high-pressure testing was on board to full manufactures recommended test pressure’s up to 15 000 psi on related equipment.

Rotational senior subsea on board the NS29 Carolina Drill ship.
Responsible for the up keep of the blowout preventer, drilling systems, hydraulic pumps where Quintuplex 5 000 psi run on 98% pot water and Stack magic solution of 2%. Hydril Diverter was used with cross over to Cameron riser package. All hydraulic hoses were made on board the ship. Parker hoses where crimped and test by us to one and half times manufactures working pressure. We also made and installed all Auto Clave test systems and repaired all Swagelok Tubing onboard the ship. We also maintained the rig main system for the drilling package which was a Aker unit and under took all maintenance for the compensator system of the marine riser tensioning system as also the nitrogen generation system and high presser air systems and up kept all HP air systems and dryers.
NOV NTX - 15K STACK 18 ¾ 6th Generation Semi Sub Rig MUX
I was contracted as part of a team to install the blow out preventer on board the SEA DRAGON, commissioning of the complete system and testing of all related equipment. High pressure pumps were NOV Triplex 5 000 Psi. All pressure testing was done with a Barton Model 242 Temperature & Pressure Recorder max pressure was 30 000 Psi and test pump used was Triplex type high pressure test unit rated to 20 000 Psi. Tensioner system for marine riser package was Aker unit and Top drive compensator. BOP handling system was also Aker and maintained by us.
All my offshore experience has been gained on working on deep-water semi’s and DP dill ships. In the subsea department I have worked with Cameron, Shafer, Hydril LMRP and BOPs and ABB MUX control systems. MRT’s from National Rexworth controls and maintenance of full systems. Hydril diverters, annular and Cameron + Vetco slip joints and HMF riser. Full systems pressure testing up to 20K or as manufacture prescribes. I have gained experience with working on the New Cameron surface BOP and Sub Sea Shut off Assembly for DP deep water drilling. All work was done under the supervision with Cameron and Stena Drilling subsea engineers and Cameron technicians. Run and retrieve the BOP and assist with the fast turnaround time when the BOP is up.
